A "Hutong" dim sum feast full of ritual

The dim sum was placed on a giant rotating steamer, which looked great. When it was served, the waiter lit a fire. The fire was blazing and accompanied by exquisite dim sum, which was a surprise. ⭐️North Point Craftsmanship The 8 dim sum items include: seaweed seafood spring rolls, crab roe and crab meat seafood dumplings, fennel and lamb ink dumplings, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall pot stickers, lobster tofu and bean curd rolls, large plate chicken dumplings, pan-fried dandan buns, and three fresh egg and bean curd dumplings. Each one has its own characteristics. I really like the lobster tofu and beancurd skin rolls. The texture is crispy and the lobster flavor is oozing out. Fennel and lamb ink dumplings ~ half black and half white, unique appearance, with a rich lamb aroma 💗 full of northern flavor. The crab meat and crab roe seafood dumplings are also great! Juicy and fragrant crab filling 👍🏼 ⭐️Small fish seedlings The fresh and tender vegetable seedlings bring out the sweetness of the fish soup, which is full of fish flavor and very delicious. ⭐️Ginger rice, crab meat, asparagus and egg white fried rice The crab meat is very fresh and sweet. The fried rice is well-cooked and very delicious. ⭐️Dessert ~ steamed buns and soy milk The dessert, inspired by northern staple food steamed buns and soy milk, was another highlight of the day. The steamed bun-shaped white sesame ganache was super cute. It was smooth and fragrant when put in the mouth, mixed with caramel sauce, sesame crisps and tofu ice cream.
