Affordable Japanese lunch in Sheung Shui

Counting my fingers, I probably haven't been to Sheung Shui for more than ten years, and I don't know anything about this area. The locals led the way here for lunch, saying it was more affordable, so I went. For Japanese lunch, it is not expensive. A friend's shrimp and oyster tempura, are similar, said to taste good, with a Japanese rice, sure to fill the stomach. Drinks cost extra, which I don't like.
