Had dinner with friends and chose this newly opened Korean bistro in Sheung Wan. Their signature dish is the soft tofu stew. Cockle Bibimbap Set $198 The cockles were very fresh and sweet, and the portion was generous. Every bite had two to three cockles. 👍👍 Beef Soft Tofu Stew The soft tofu stew wasn’t too spicy. They give you a raw egg to mix in, and it’s served piping hot. It stayed warm until the very last bite. 💓 Seafood Scallion Pancake $178 This pancake is a must-order! I love the crispy outside and soft inside, and it’s packed with seafood! 🥰🥰 Korean Seasoned Fried Squid $128 Surprisingly, the fried squid was a whole squid! The batter was thin and crispy, making it perfect for pairing with drinks. 😋😋 We also ordered two mocktails: Mojito & Strawberry Mojito.
