High-quality French cuisine in Central, must-try the French Butter Chicken

I ordered the Sharing Menu, which includes 5 courses and dessert. I also ordered a special drink. The first dish was Citrus Marinated Hamachi with Dill Oil. The hamachi was tender, delicate, and richly fatty, with a sweet, fishy aroma. The refreshing citrus juice and tzatziki oil blended perfectly with the hamachi. The second course was the Tartare de Boeuf. The Beef Tartare was moist and smooth, with an incredibly tender texture and a subtle firmness. The mustard gave the beef a complex flavor, combining a slightly sour and spicy tang. The bread rolls were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Because my friend has allergies and can't eat shrimp or crab, we substituted frog feet for the third course, the Langoustine. Frog feet are tender, juicy, and delicate, with a texture somewhere between chicken and fish. The pesto, with its herbaceous and basil-scented notes, perfectly complemented the frog's sweet and savory flavor. The fourth course was the Vol au Vent "Lala." A rich and moist mushroom filling was nestled within a crispy puff pastry. The puff pastry, with its buttery aroma and subtle sweetness, balanced the savory flavor of the filling. The main course was the POULET JAUNE. The butter chicken 🐓 was lightly fattened, with the skin roasted to a golden, thin, and crispy texture, while the meat was tender and juicy. The restaurant separated the chicken into sections, such as drumsticks and wings, and paired it with soft, glutinous chicken-fat rice, allowing us to enjoy it elegantly. For dessert 🍮, there were five pastries to choose from. I chose two. The Saint Honore was topped with small puffs, each covered in a layer of caramelized sugar. The Cream was incredibly smooth, and the puff pastry at the bottom was incredibly crispy. The Paris Brest, with its crispy, sweet puff pastry and a light, smooth, and rich hazelnut 🌰 mousse, was exquisite.
