Tai Po specialty shop-Homeland

There is a chill feeling at the entrance, with murals on the outer wall and a Homeland light shining on the street to welcome everyone. It was a full house on a Friday night, but luckily we had a reservation and could walk in. When I stepped into the store, I found that the seats were quite crowded. It was easy to hear the conversations at the next table unconsciously. 🤩The overall decoration is industrial style, but also has a little homey feel and a bit of vitality. The tables and stools indoors are colorful, and the murals on the walls are very eye-catching. There are little hearts printed on the plates. 😚Ordered three dishes 👉🏻Black Truffle Chicken Breast Tagliatelle The chicken breast is marinated with herbs and the meat is tender, unlike the usual chicken breast which is hard and rough. The tagliatelle is topped with mushrooms, asparagus and a fragrant truffle sauce. The side of the dish is decorated with side dishes, which is very sincere. 👉🏻Salmon Rice I feel like I've been cheated. It was different from the usual sweet salmon risotto. I had never expected it to be spicy and it was also creamier. After eating one-third of it, I felt very full and it was a bit difficult to eat. 👉🏻Fried chicken wings I picked up grapefruit sauce, so it's more appetizing. The skin is crispy, the inside is tender and smooth, super delicious, and a little bit evil 😈. 😉The food looks good, but the price/performance ratio is not particularly high. The service of the store clerk is satisfactory🤔Maybe I had high expectations after reading the food reviews, so I was disappointed. This shop is famous for its handmade pasta, but not everyone appreciates its toughness. 📍The restaurant is a 10-minute walk from Tai Po Market Railway Station, which is acceptable.
