Italian cuisine 🇮🇹 located on the ground floor of Crowne Plaza Causeway Bay has a good environment, service, and standard food. Great for celebration. First bread has crisps, bread strips and so on. The bread was crispy and hot, with vinegar and olive oil. If not enough you can still refill ~ For the first course, I chose Hokkaido scallops with black caviar. The scallops are golden brown, big and fresh enough. The second course was fresh crab sticks, black caviar and served with Basil oil, with a hint of citrus! The crab stick meat is so fresh and sweet! Eat the meat! The third dish is southern lobster🦞 with cucumber as a garnish, lobster with fish sauce soup with seaweed. The lobster is so refreshing and delicious! Then to the Spanish red shrimp noodles, with American Sicilian tomatoes as base. You can mix it with the spaghetti with shrimp head paste. The red shrimp is big and crispy! Super fresh! For dessert, I chose the baked chocolate soufflé. This is delicious😋 The soufflé is crispy and melts in your mouth. The chocolate flavor is very rich. There is also vanilla seed ice cream. Also Hazelnut Cookies are delicious! There is coffee and orange cream. The food, environment, and service of the restaurant are excellent. Value for money!
