The Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery near Po Fook Hill in Sha Tin is actually in a quite convenient location. There is a small path behind Sha Tin Central Plaza that leads all the way up from the foot of the mountain. There are golden Buddha statues of different shapes on both sides. Some of the statues even have small nameplates with donations from philanthropists. One of them is the most familiar Sakyamuni Buddha statue. Going up further, you will reach the central square of the Ten Thousand Buddhas Temple, where there are many giant Guanyin statues and the Ten Thousand Buddha Pagoda. It is located halfway up the mountain and the view is very open. It is a must-see if you sincerely worship or visit here.
