I went to Huili a few days ago, and besides the warm winter sun, the food here also left me wanting more. The mutton hot pot cooked in a copper pot has a rich broth and delicious mutton, and it's really amazing with the local douban dipping sauce. We happened to visit during the winter solstice, and their mutton hot pot banquet and roast whole lamb made me, an outsider, drool. 🌟 Copper hot pot The copper hot pot at the red-themed Huili Impression Restaurant is made with a broth of local chicken and bacon, which is another unique flavor. 🌟 Chicken huosi A local specialty snack in Huili, the broth made with ham and chicken is so fresh it will make your eyebrows fall off. I recommend choosing ersi. I had the Jiupinxiang chicken huosi, and the Haochiji huosi next door was also very popular. 🌟 Mutton noodles Huimei mutton noodles next to the Drum Tower is busy from morning to night. I met a local in the shop who taught me which condiments to add to make it taste better, and I was touched by their enthusiasm. 🌟 Grasping crispy buns A local specialty snack in Huili, you can try it for breakfast. 🌟 Ironed baba The shop is called Ironed Baba, and the baba has a crispy crust and a soft inside, and it's not greasy at all. It's delicious. 🌟 Xidoufen Huili's xidoufen doesn't have many condiments, but the essence is in the crispy fried dough sticks, which go well with the xidoufen.
