Mr. Peter De Groote, the owner of this shop, is related to Hans De Groote, the owner of the Leonidas chocolate franchise nearby. The shop started when he helped out at Leonidas, his family's business, since he was a child. He then expanded and opened his own brand. In addition to chocolate, the shop also has souvenirs, famous products, beer, and Jenever...etc. It's quite complete. The chocolate here is as diverse as other shops. You can choose to look at it piece by piece. However, for tourists who have little time, the shop also has mixed flavors and fillings in boxes ready for you to pick up. Price is calculated by weight. ➡️ Plain Chocolates – Made into flower-shaped sheets, available in both Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate. I tried it and the taste was very sweet and creamy. ➡️ Citroen Crème – Milk Chocolate with lemon cream filling. ➡️ Caramel Crème – This is Dark Chocolate with 2 layers of filling: Caramel and Chocolate Ganache.
