This hotel has an “Aqua & Wellness Program,” so you can really stay in the hotel all day and heal! There’s really nothing around here, just mountains, so it’s a great place to go mountain climbing :) You can also enjoy a wellness program during your stay at Parkroche! You can make a reservation in advance for one afternoon and one morning, and the program is very informative and great, so I highly recommend it. There are various programs such as meditation, yoga, pilates, foam roller massage, fascia massage, etc. I took a foam roller massage in the afternoon and a meditation class in the morning 🙂 I was very satisfied with both, and I want to try more things next time I come, so I plan to stay for 2 nights. Because the swimming pool and sauna are so nice, and you can enjoy badminton and table tennis, and you can also enjoy wine while having a fire in the campfire…!
