But I will suggest you to use grab/taxi if you are not driving. It will be easier as there are no proper foot paths. Anyway, you can check their free shuttle bus timing from JB City Square to Capri by Fraser JB. There is a local prata store nearby (Bukit Chagar Roti Canai), open in the morning and it is a great place for breakfast. There is a lovely rooftop pool which overlooks CIQ checkpoint. The rooms are lovely at Capri JB, you can choose between having an apartment equipped with washer/dryer and kitchen or a regular studio hotel room.
