It's incredible to see how a character, consistently produced since 1993, has permeated corners of the world, slowly but surely becoming a true classic. It makes one hope our own splendid Chinese civilization continues to achieve such lasting brilliance! Shin-chan Everywhere! Kasukabe truly embraces its claim to fame. From the moment you arrive at Kasukabe Station, you're greeted with Shin-chan themed decorations and even a special arrival melody based on the anime's theme song – it's super fun! There are statues and signs around the station, perfect for some quick photos. Lala Garden Kasukabe: A Fan's Paradise A must-visit for any fan is LaLa Garden Kasukabe. While some might call it a "museum," it's more of a dedicated Shin-chan themed game center and merchandise shop on the 3rd floor. You'll find: Life-sized statues of Shin-chan and the Nohara family for photo ops. Exhibits showcasing movie posters and production materials. Arcade games and UFO catchers filled with exclusive Shin-chan goodies. It's a vibrant spot where you can truly immerse yourself in Shin-chan's world and pick up some unique souvenirs. Beyond Shin-chan While Shin-chan is the main draw, Kasukabe also offers other interesting sights if you have more time, like the massive Metropolitan Area Outer Underground Discharge Channel (nicknamed the "Underground Temple") or the beautiful Ushijima Wisteria Garden (especially stunning in late April to early May).
