Pattaya's Koh Larn, also known as Coral Island or Golden Sand Island, is the largest offshore island in Pattaya. Here, there are azure seas, clean and soft white sand beaches, crystal clear water, and many corals and tropical fish on the seabed. The main beaches on Koh Larn are Tawaen Beach, Tonglang Beach, Sangwan Beach, Tian Beach, Samae Beach, and Ivory Bay. Among them, Tawaen Beach is the most popular and where most tour groups go. Here, you can enjoy various water sports or take a leisurely stroll on the free beach. You can also swim in the clear blue sea or lie on a beach chair under a colorful umbrella while sipping a refreshing fruit juice. Of course, these services are chargeable. From here, you can also take a car to the top of Koh Larn. From the top, you can see the entire island lying quietly between the sea and the sky like a green gemstone. The mountains on the island are covered with dense tropical rainforest. Walking into it is like entering a giant tropical greenhouse, where the air is filled with the smell of damp leaves. There are two ferries from Pattaya to Koh Larn. One goes to "Naban Port" on the east coast of Koh Larn, with seven trips per day for outbound and nine trips per day for inbound. The other goes to Tawan Beach on Koh Larn, with four trips per day for outbound and five trips per day for inbound.
