2024 Spring Festival parent-child tour in Kunming and Dali

Depart for Kunming before the Spring Festival, stay at the Quanji Hotel on Beijing Road in Nanping Pedestrian Street, next to the F exit of Tangzi Lane subway station, very convenient, there are also many shared electric cars at the hotel entrance, which helped us a lot in this trip, it's convenient to go anywhere. In Kunming, we mainly went to the Stone Forest Scenic Area, Cuihu Park, Army Academy, Xishan Longmen Scenic Area, feeding seagulls in Dianchi Lake, Ethnic Village (really not recommended, you can spend time in Xishan Longmen Grottoes and Dianchi Lake), basically went to the old streets, they are all in one area and are connected, there is a paper building inside where you can check in, and also went to Laoyuhe Park to experience glass boat rowing, it was quite good. It is recommended to go to the night market in Kunming, Shuangqiao Night Market, locals will go there, it really feels good. You can take the subway. There are many shopping malls in Kunming, really many, you can take a look. Took two days off to go to Dali, just in time for the New Year, there were many people, the road to Dali Ancient City was very congested, if you go during peak times, you should go early and return early. We stayed near Cai Village in Erhai Lake, you can cycle in the Erhai Ecological Corridor nearby, but there is not much to eat or stroll around. Dali Ancient City is too commercialized. Overall, Kunming is still suitable for walking around, you can spend more time in Kunming.
