Osaka’s energy is electric — Dotonbori’s neon lights, the bustling Shinsaibashi shopping arcade, and panoramic views from Abeno Harukas made our first day unforgettable. Day 2 took us to some of Osaka’s iconic spots like the Umeda Sky Building and majestic Osaka Castle, before heading off to Kyoto — where the pace slowed, and the charm soared. Ninenzaka and Kiyomizu-dera welcomed us with old-world charm, while Yasaka Shrine and Maruyama Park glowed in the twilight. Kyoto truly stole our hearts. From sunrise at Fushimi Inari Taisha to a serene afternoon in Uji, sipping matcha and wandering along the river, every moment felt like a painting. The visit to Heian Shrine and Kyoto Imperial Palace added a majestic touch to our cultural immersion. We wrapped it up with the tranquil Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, thrilling Toei Kyoto Studio Park, and vibrant streets of Kawaramachi and Nishiki Market — the perfect finale to our adventure.
