Mountains and rivers embrace the ancient town, tranquility leads to vastness｜Libo Ancient Town, Guizhou

The history of Libo County can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty's establishment, the Song Dynasty's establishment of Libo Prefecture, and the construction of Shicheng in the second year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty. The current Libo Ancient Town is located in the vegetable garden of Nanmenba, Construction Village, Yuping Town, Libo County, Guizhou Province. It is an ancient-style tourism complex that integrates Chinese classical architecture, garden art, and the inheritance, protection, and performance of Guizhou Libo ethnic culture. To the north of Libo County, you can see the North Gate, the Deng Enming Martyrs Memorial Hall, the newly built Wind and Rain Bridge, and some old houses. Of course, the main attraction in Libo is the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. When you see the Xiaoqikong Bridge built in the 15th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1835) (8th picture), there is a sudden sense of loss. The Xiaoqikong that you have been longing for is right in front of you, but you do not experience the artistic conception of 'walking by the stream, the sky is at the bottom of the clear stream, there are clouds in the sky, and people are in the clouds.' According to the usual tour route, you can only see the Daqikong Bridge from the shuttle bus, and the Daqikong Scenic Area has only one karst landform 'Oriental Arc de Triomphe' natural bridge (9th picture, 73 meters high, 15 meters thick, about 22 meters wide). The scenic tour route is well planned, but I was not surprised by the scenery here, perhaps because my expectations for 'Xiaoqikong and Daqikong' were too high.
