Cast in your own Netflix’s Period Drama in Lijiang

This was such a random but wholesome experience in the Old Town of Lijiang. There are soooo many costume shops around but we went into this one just because there was a massive fluffy dog chilling outside - priorities #1 😅 The staff were really sweet, and the process was pretty smooth. They’ll help with full makeup, hair styling (as this was impromptu, i’m thankful i wore a neutral hijab), and there are lockers for your stuff. You can choose from different outfits - although fair warning, if you’re more on the fluffy cute queen side like me, options will be limited. But hey, we made it werk. 💅👀 The shoot happens outdoors - and since we went in winter, we were freezing under all those elegant layers while trying to look graceful 😭 But luckily, the photos turned out good. They also do fast edits and give you both the raw and touched-up versions (for limited photos only so choose wisely!) Honestly, it felt like we were filming a historical drama.
