The National AAAA Tourist Attraction — The Colorful Sand Forest is located within Majie Town of Lujiang County in the southern part of Qujing City, Yunnan Province. Covering an area of 25 square kilometers, with a protected area of 52.8 square kilometers, it is an important scenic spot on the premium travel route of Yunnan.
