This is a yakiton restaurant in Nakameguro that mainly uses miso sauce. It's a popular restaurant, but you can get in without a reservation, as there are standing seats. Even if you go to a standing seat, you can move to another seat if there is one, and you can move quite easily. All of the yakiton is delicious without fail! The doneness is also perfect. They use several different sauces depending on the menu, and all of them were delicious, but I think the garlic miso is my favorite.
