Xishuangbanna Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, departure guide from Gaozhuang

Starting from Gaozhuang, you need to go to the Jiangbei Ticket Center at the bus station. You can find it directly on Baidu Map. It's a small storefront, see the picture for details. It's 23 per person, and children don't need to buy tickets if they don't need separate seats. The earliest departure is usually at 8.30, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the Jiangbei Ticket Center. The journey takes over an hour and involves a section of highway. The return bus from the botanical garden is on the opposite side of the road where you get off at the botanical garden, and it's 25 per person on the way back. Similarly, children don't need to buy tickets if they're being held. We visited the west area, which is very beautiful on foot. We didn't go to the east area because, according to the guide, the landscape in the east area is similar to other attractions in Xishuangbanna, so we didn't go. Let's talk about the west area. When we went in January, there were no giant lotus flowers that people could climb on, those are only available in July and August. Also, some of the popular photo spots with blooming flowers didn't have any flowers. But that doesn't affect the beauty of the botanical garden! You can also pick up a lot of petals and seeds from the plants! There are fish in the lotus pond, and you can bring some bread to feed them. The sausages in the scenic area are okay, 6 yuan each, ice cream is relatively expensive, the cheapest is 5 yuan each, and the cultural and creative ones are 15 yuan each.
