Situated in the central-southeast of Sichuan Province, Neijiang is bordered by Chongqing and Chengdu to the east and west, Zigong, Yibin and Luzhou to the south, and Suining and Nanchong to the north. It is a cotton, sugarcane production area and sugar industry center. Neijiang is very close to Zigong. The food is one of a kind even in Sichuan, due to its rich culture and history.
