I will record this sacred journey for him and share it with friends in need~ Timeline: 09.10–09.25 Itinerary ✈️ 🌟Day 1: Lhasa The plane lands at 6pm and you can take the airport bus to the Potala Palace (about an hour). It is highly recommended to stay near the Potala Palace! Don’t walk around too much that night, go back to the hotel and rest immediately after dinner! 🌟Day 2: Lhasa (Jokhang Temple, Zhagyi Temple) Recommend Zhaji Temple! The incense is very popular, friends who are looking for 💰, please come quickly! The number of steps I took that day was close to 9k, and I had a splitting headache at night. Oxygen therapy didn't have much effect. I suggest that you don't walk so much when you go to Lhasa. 🌟Day 3: Lhasa (Tibet Museum) Because the next ten days will be at high altitude, we plan to rest in Lhasa for three days. I went to the Tibet Museum in the morning, and rented a car and oxygen cylinders in the afternoon, and bought supplies (such as self-heating rice and functional drinks). 🌟Day 4: Yanghu Lake - Karola Glacier - Manla Reservoir - Shigatse Depart from Lhasa in the morning, 2 hours to Yanghu Lake (I saw Yanghu Lake again after four years, it is still very beautiful! Lunch was eaten near Yanghu Lake. 1h30m to Karola Glacier, the altitude is too high 5100, take a quick look and continue driving. Drive 3h to stay in Shigatse, the altitude is 3800, the body can bear it. A total of 360km 🌟Day 5: Everest Base Camp - Saga County To go to Mount Everest, I have to go back a long way. After some hesitation, I decided to go and check it out. I originally wanted to stay in Gangga, but when I looked at the only hotel there, I found it was too shabby to accept, so I drove to Saga County. I was on the road at night and unfortunately didn’t see Peikucuo on the way. I heard it was very beautiful! 🌟Day 6: Mount Kailash It takes 7 hours to drive to Mount Kailash, it really is a sacred mountain! On the way, we went to Mapang Yumtso (freshwater lake) and Laangcuo (saltwater lake). The wind was so strong that it gave me a headache, so I stayed in a hotel below Mount Kailash at night. 🌟Day 7: Ruins of the Capital of Guge Dynasty It takes 4 hours to drive to Guge. The unique geographical features are worth a visit (but you need to climb a mountain). We took a day off today, so after the visit we went back to the hotel to rest and stayed in Shiquanhe Town. 🌟Day 8: Pangong Lake It takes 2 hours to reach Pangong Lake, the China-India border. There are no birds on the September Bird Island. The scenery along the way is beautiful, with snow-capped mountains and many wild animals. Stay in Shiquanhe Town at night 🌟Day 9: No Man’s Land, Renduo Township Starting from the middle line, there are more than 100 kilometers of dirt roads. We also passed through an uninhabited area (Qiangtang uninhabited area) with many wild animals. We stayed in Renduo Township at night, which is the worst accommodation environment for this trip.
