Tennoji Zoo in the Heart of the City

The entrance fee is 500 yen for adults, making it accessible with just one coin, and re-entry is possible until 4 PM. It's also a short walk from Tennoji Station, so public transportation is recommended. There are two gates, one on the Tenshiba side and the other on the Shinsekai side, making it convenient. Although some areas are under construction, parts of the zoo have been renovated and look clean. The restrooms include small toilets for children and well-equipped diaper changing stations, so it's safe even for families with small children. Efforts have been made to allow visitors to see the animals up close, and there are many adorable animals that can be enjoyed by both adults and children.
