Otaru has a well-known, three-generation single-issue old-fashioned sushi restaurant: Zheng Sushi, which has two stores in Otaru. We choose to go to the store, just along the canal, and cross the road. The restaurant is located on the second floor. When we arrived, we were lucky and just had time and didn't have to wait. When I entered the store, a grandfather in the store gave us a brush to indicate that we could sweep the snow on the body, very intimate. Into the store, we look at the view of the window, sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, while dining, you can directly see the snowy street scene outside the window. Fresh sushi is served on the crystal-clear "Smudged Plate", adding a lot to this already delicious sushi!
