Then, visiting in person will resonate even more. 🚗Transportation Guide: Currently, Shanhaiguan has only one train station, which serves both regular-speed trains and high-speed rail, including bullet trains. Most visitors enter Shanhaiguan through this station. The city center of Shanhaiguan is not large, and you can basically walk to the ancient city of Shanhaiguan from anywhere in the city; you can take a bus from the city center to the Laolongtou scenic area, which takes about half an hour. The hotel I chose last time was not very new in terms of facilities, but it was conveniently located just across the street from the train station.
