Geysir in Iceland

#wheretogo Geysir Geothermal Area is the most interesting stop on Golden Circle route – definitely must see! Such a cool place to visit. Steam amd warmth coming from the earth everywhere and it smells like sulphur. There are also a lot of hot springs and other little geysers and you can feel there the power of the earth. The great geyser is unfortunately not more active, but there is a small one that performs every 5 minutes on average. There is a nice restaurant and a gift shop next to the attraction.
