📍Ruse, Bulgaria Good location in the center of Ruse. Royal City Center and Liberty Square are within walking distance (10 minutes) ✔️There is a swimming pool, spa, and massage facilities (if not included in the room, you have to pay extra to use the swimming pool spa. ✔️Soundproofing is not good ✔️The staff are friendly but need training (I met many staff, but there was no mention of basic usage hours, breakfast location, changing room, towel location (whether there are towels), and what to do when using the spa facilities) They kindly respond to each question #Ho-kang-seu
