This was my third trip to Hainan, and it was still exciting!

My first trip to Sanya was eight years ago, just the two of us.👫 The second time I went to Sanya, I took my mother and my little one, just three girls having fun.🎀 The third time I went to Sanya, it was our family of three plus a couple of friends, a group of people freely exploring.🌊 1⃣We flew from Hangzhou✈to Haikou. Because we arrived in Haikou at 12:00 am, we booked a hotel near the airport. After renting the car and driving to the hotel, it was already past 1:00 am. The hotel felt a bit scary, and the bathroom was a bit rusty. The bathroom door was right in front of the bed. Since it was so late, we were too lazy to do anything about it, so we just went to sleep in our clothes for a few hours. The next day, we got up, had breakfast, and drove to the mangrove beach. The seawater in Haikou (I'm not sure about other beaches, just the one we saw) was similar to that in Xiangshan, Zhoushan, a bit yellowish. But there were many different kinds of shells, so we collected a lot✔ We had lunch at a farmhouse nearby and ate Hainanese coconut chicken🐔 In the afternoon, we went straight to Wanning~ 2⃣The further south we went, the more of a vacation atmosphere there was, and the bluer the sea became. The seawater in Riyue Bay, Wanning, was blue. We stopped and played for an hour or so, then continued to Lingshui. If you have time, staying overnight in Riyue Bay is also a good choice, as it is a surfer's paradise.🏄 3⃣Because the accommodation in Haikou on the first night was a bit of a shock, we all agreed that we needed to make up for our wounded hearts, so we temporarily booked the Lingshui Greentown Blue Bay Westin (see the separate introduction for details), and we were very satisfied with our stay. 4⃣Lingshui Clear Water Bay~The water is clear, the sand is fine, and there are few people. It is really suitable for relaxing. If you think there are too many people in Sanya, Lingshui is a great choice! We also bought seafood at the local market and found a restaurant to process it. We ate the second largest mantis shrimp in my life (the first largest was in Thailand)🎉🎉 5⃣It only takes an hour to drive from Lingshui to Haitang Bay in Sanya. We first went to the duty-free shop to shop and buy some things, and then stayed at the Haitang Bay No. 9 Resort Hotel (also a very nice hotel). We dug in the sand/took pictures/swam/soaked in the hot springs🏊and had a full meal at the night market in the evening. 6⃣After having fun in Haitang Bay, we went to Sanya Bay. The Coconut Dream Corridor is really beautiful. We stayed at the Sanya Guoguang Howard Johnson Resort, which is an old five-star hotel. It's a bit old, but the children's amusement facilities/various parent-child activities are very good, and the hotel has a special passage directly to Sanya Bay, so I think it's very cost-effective. 7⃣Because we were staying in Sanya Bay, we chose Xidao~ for our island trip, which is relatively close and convenient, similar to Gulangyu Island in Xiamen. 8⃣We also braided colorful dreadlocks at the night market, and the kids were very happy🎈We rode jet skis in Sanya Bay, which was very exciting. We were a little scared of parasailing, so we didn't dare to try it. 9⃣We drove on the most beautiful highway, with the sea on the left and the mountains on the right. I just wanted to keep driving like this to explore what was at the end. It was so beautiful that it was shocking.🌅
