Yang Guo Fu, which I visited upon a friend's recommendation, felt more like I was in China than other mala-tang branches. First, just like other mala-tang restaurants, you first take a seat, put the mala-tang or mala-xiang-guo ingredients in a bowl, weigh them, and pay. Maybe it's because it's not been open for long, but the interior was very clean, and the way they call out your order number was neat and nice. When you order, your order number appears on a large TV screen! In addition to mala-tang, we also ordered the must-have guo-bao-rou. Actually, when I came last time, I thought the guo-bao-rou was too hard and not recommended! But my friend wanted to eat it, so I just ordered it out of curiosity. The mala-tang and guo-bao-rou that came out together! Maybe it was because there weren't many people, but it came out so quickly that I was surprised! First of all, the mala-tang had a moderate mala flavor and the vegetable broth and beef bone broth flavors were mixed well.
