[Seoul] Michelin-starred restaurants with long lines

Jinmi Pyongyang Cold Noodles is a restaurant that has been featured in the Michelin Guide and Bib Gourmand. It's so popular that there are lines! We went there around 5pm and were able to get in without any wait time. While most people were eating cold noodles and bossam, we decided to eat the beef hotpot recommended by a local. It was so full of beef that it was quite voluminous. Even the three of us couldn't finish it. We had to try the cold noodles, so we ordered them too. The noodles tasted like soba noodles, and the taste was simple. We added our own seasonings to our liking.
