Shanghai Ocean Aquarium

The Shanghai Ocean Aquarium consists of two pyramid-shaped buildings, a main and an auxiliary, covering an area of 20,500 square meters with a display area of 12,000 square meters. It is divided into nine exhibition zones: China, South America (Amazon), Australia, Africa, Southeast Asia, Cold Water, Polar, Coastal, and Deep Sea, showcasing over 450 species and more than 12,000 rare fish and endangered creatures from all five continents and four oceans.
