Shenyang Two-Day, Two-Night Guide

On the 3rd, we worked half a day, picked up the child at noon, and set off. It takes about 3 hours from Changchun to Shenyang. We rested at a service area on the way, and arrived at Shenyang Xiaonan Church at four in the afternoon. This place is really photogenic, and there are many snacks at the door. We casually ate at two places and they were both good, with boiled skewers and lamb skewers available. Then we walked towards Zhongjie, passing a street that is a small market, where we bought raw cow's milk yogurt, Guo Bao meat, and iron plate chicken racks, all of which were delicious. Both places had good iron plate chicken racks. We parked the car at Xiaonan Church and walked to Zhongjie. Our daughter has good stamina and walked all the way by herself. The big fruit in Zhongjie is really delicious, and she said it was the best ice cream she has ever had. The three of us strolled casually on Zhongjie, feeling very comfortable with the music playing on the street. We took the subway to the Color TV Tower night market. It's very convenient, and there are so many delicious things here. We ate lamb chops, fish cakes, super long fries... all without hitting any 'mines'. We were too full to eat anymore, so we took the bus back to Xiaonan Church. On the bus, our daughter guessed from the sound that it should be a trolleybus, and indeed it was. We returned to the hotel, which I had booked in reverse. I had planned to go to Fantawild on the first day, so the hotel was near Fantawild. Because we brought disposable sheets and quilt covers, we slept more comfortably. The next day, we went to the nearby morning market for breakfast, having beef fire pot, egg burgers, and wontons. Then we went to the seventh floor of the New Mart to see the animated Qingming Riverside Scene (about an hour and a half). At noon, we had booked a visit to the September 18th Museum. After the visit, our daughter said she felt like crying. Patriotism should be cultivated from a young age, and we should cherish the present. Then, after rushing to eat Lanzhou noodles, we headed to Fantawild. The parking fee was 20 yuan, and it was really crowded. We parked far away. Inside, we only played on the double-decker carousel (waited for an hour and a half). Our daughter played on the climbing car and watched the show at Conch Bay Theater. The 3D glasses made it too realistic, with octopus tentacles stretching out and spraying air, which scared her to tears. Fantawild's fireworks were still very beautiful and impressive. The only problem was that it was too difficult to use the toilet; we queued for 1.5 hours for the toilet twice (you need to book Fantawild tickets online in advance, which I didn't, so I bought them at a good price from scalpers, but the fireworks were still worth it).
