Shenzhen❗❗ I can give this homestay a perfect score of 100. I never expected to find such a beautiful place in Shenzhen--the Shenzhen Astronomical Observatory. When I was there, the seaside stairs and railings made me feel as if I had returned to the scenery I saw five years ago on Jeju Island in Korea, or even more beautiful. The observatory is located on a hill by the sea, and cars can only park at the entrance plateau. There is a special shuttle bus to take us up the hill, costing 20 yuan for a round trip. Halfway up the hill, there are staff to check tickets and restrooms available. To reach the top of the hill, you need to climb a short distance, the kind that takes about 10 minutes. After climbing up, you can visit the exhibition hall or start various photo-taking modes!!! You can see the architecture of the observatory, as well as the endless blue sea. Every flower, every blade of grass, every tree, every breath, allows you to relax completely. The path down the hill is different from the way up, and the scenery is even more beautiful. The stairs lead all the way down to the cliff edge that connects to the sea. (We didn't go down because we were short on time, which is a pity!) Homestay: Moon White on the Roof. The department's young lady booked us a detached homestay, which is very suitable for a group of people to stay during a gathering. The homestay is equipped with a swimming pool (although a bit small), swings, a lawn, a KTV room, a restaurant, a piano... and you can even have an outdoor barbecue at night. The room is simply decorated, (no TV) with minimalist design, a bit of Japanese style. The overall color is mainly white, with wooden wall desks, and it's quite artistic, which I really like. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no stools in the room. Transportation: The Shenzhen Astronomical Observatory is located near the No. 4 entrance of Xichong Beach in Xichong Community, Longgang District, Shenzhen. We were on a team-building trip and chartered a bus. It is recommended that friends who go out to travel drive by themselves, as it is much more convenient with a car. There are also many nice-looking hotels and homestays near the foot of the observatory mountain, as well as delicious seafood restaurants. If you've been living in the city for a long time, you can go there for a vacation, it's quite relaxing.
