This hotpot restaurant is hip and cool with it's nice interiors and neon lights decorations. It is air conditioned so you don't feel warm while eating your hot pot. So what's so special Jiang Hu restaurant? Well, when you order your hotpot ingredients, it is delivered to you on a conveyor belt. Also, just like a sushi restaurant, there are other items that are already on the conveyor belt, which you can freely pick what you want. I like that this hotpot restaurant has a sauce bar where you can create your own sauce concoction, drinks are refillable and free flow. How awesome! Besides that, all their food items, meat and seafood items were fresh and their soup bases were superb. You can either choose to have buffet or ala carte steamboat as well.
