Singapore Discovery Tour (Part 2)

#100 Ways to Travel Day 3 Our journey started in the early morning under bright and sunny weather. Our first stop today is the colorful Little India. Every corner here exudes a strong cultural atmosphere, and the fragrant Indian cuisine on the streets is even more mouth-watering. We had brunch at Mubarak Restaurant, a blue restaurant in Little India. The restaurant's décor is unique, and the bright blue walls on the exterior make for a cheerful experience. The restaurant staff was warm and friendly, we ordered India's famous rice and curry, Iduri and ginger tea. Every bite gives you an authentic taste, especially the rich flavor of curry, which we will never forget. After a delicious brunch, we wandered the streets of Little India, admiring the array of shops and traditional Indian art. Here, we also visited the beautiful mosque, which highlights the diversity of Singapore’s culture. The architecture of the mosque is magnificent, with its golden dome gleaming in the sun and its interior design being simple yet elegant. We quietly felt the tranquility inside. Afterwards, we took the subway to Chinatown, looking forward to another cultural collision. The streets of Chinatown are bustling with shops selling a variety of handicrafts and delicacies. The smells here are intoxicating, especially from the street food stalls, and we couldn't help but stop and try several traditional snacks, including shrimp dumplings and sticky rice chicken. We also visited the Temple of the Tooth Relic, a magnificent temple that houses what is believed to be a tooth of the Buddha. We prayed quietly in the temple, felt the peace and harmony, and gained a deeper understanding of Buddhist culture. The third day's trip ended with a rich experience in Little India and Chinatown. We had a deeper understanding of the diverse culture of Singapore and looked forward to the next adventure. #LittleIndia #SultanMosque #SingaporeChinatown
