The bibim naengmyeon (spicy mixed noodles) had chewy noodles and a sweet yet spicy sauce that kept me craving more. The flavor was intense but addictive. They also served broth on the side, which was refreshing and perfect for cleansing the palate in between bites. I couldn’t resist ordering boiled pork slices (suyuk) to go with the noodles. The pork was tender, free of any unpleasant smell, and paired wonderfully with the naengmyeon—an unbeatable combination. Even the people I dined with agreed it was a top-notch restaurant. The interior of the restaurant was clean and had a local vibe while still being well-organized, making it a comfortable place to eat. The staff were friendly, which added to the pleasant dining experience. Located in downtown Sokcho, it’s easy to find and close to nearby tourist attractions, making it a great addition to your travel itinerary.
