[Songpa-dong, Korea] A mandu and kalguksu restaurant run by a husband and wife

#0yentravelFebruary2025 This restaurant is famous for its kalguksu and dumplings, which are handmade by the mother after an order is placed. It is open for four hours from 11:00 to 15:00. I was nervous because there seems to be a line at lunchtime, but luckily I was able to get in right away. The kalguksu, which is a type of udon, has a strong anchovy broth. The noodles, eggs, and soup are well-mixed for a gentle taste. The crispy fried dumplings are also delicious.
