Breathtaking Waterfall of Lata Penyel

Lata Penyel is definitely one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Malaysia. It is located inland of Sungai Siput, Pos Yum, where the aboriginals villages are. The distance from Sungai Siput town area to the waterfall is about 60KM. It is about one and a half hour drive. Upon reaching the waterfall, you can park your car at the aboriginal village, with some parking fees. From the village, we have to do some jungle trekking for about 10 minutes before reaching the waterfall. There are many small huts available for rent around the waterfall. You may also camp overnight there in the small hut. Prices for camping can be negotiated with the aboriginal at there. #waterfall #trekking
