Sunway Lost World of Tambun Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Mar)
🇲🇾😍😍 Lost World Of Tambun 😍😍🇲🇾
We stayed at their glamping campsite for a night and had the BBQ dinner. Camps are comfortable and clean, as are the shared bathrooms.
Staff are super friendly and accommodating and made the whole experience even better.
Kids loved the kayaking and evening activities, especially making Smores over the bbq pit.
A big problem were the flies though. Apparently, it's a seasonal affair and they were everywhere. Super irritating.
Though not a big problem, the bathrooms were a bit of a walk away from camps 7 & 8. A big help would be to at least have a wash basin at the reception area, which is also near where the bbq dinner was had. This would encourage clean hands for kids and adults alike without the trek to the bathrooms.
Otherwise, everything was great. Did I mention the glamping staff? They were really the difference. Thank you so much to them.
Oh, also... love love loved the private buggy service from the hotel and around the park.
Like VIP side entrance into the theme park, avoiding the crowds at the entrance. Super awesome.
Lost World of Tambun Theme Park
A nice theme park suitable children of all ages. It’s value for money as you have access to the water theme park and also the rest of the rides and mini zoo. You can easily spend a full day there! They are very strict in food items or even personal water bottle and it’s not allow in the theme park. Try to keep it light and easy as you can easily get food and drinks within the theme park. Ample parking available right outside the park, so for those who drive need not worry. Overall we had a great time there.#perak #sunway #mymymemories

A Gem in Batu Gajah, Perak!
Kellie's Castle is a famous historical landmark seated a hilltop on Jalan Gopeng, Batu Gajah, Perak.
It was truly an amazing experience for a castle enthusiast like me to visit this castle, there are very informative signboards along the pavement and inside the castle showcasing the history of the castle. I really love the view on top of the castle, surrounded by a moat and lush greenary with beautiful scenic view, the atmosphere there was making me felt like somewhere in western country, undoubtedly an instagrammable spot!
Open daily from 9.30am - 5.15pm, admission fee is RM5 + RM2 for car parking. Highly recommended!
Well, it's a nice tourist spot in Ipoh.
You will cross a bridge to get to the castle. The landscaping around the castle is very nicely done. This castle though is incomplete but it was very well maintained.
You get to read the history when exploring through each of the rooms and vicinity.
You need to climb several flights of stairs to reach the top. The view from the top is worth the climb.
Kellie's Castle ✨
Beautiful castle in perak where you should not missed. Best if you have studied the history with more understanding before you go. Although it is also famous with haunted house, but its worth to pay a visit.
There are many spots around here that you can take beautiful pictures. Go either early morning or late noon to avoid the heat.
The view from top of the castle is really beautiful too. There’s a river and a lot of trees surrounding the castle which makes it more mesmerizing.
Definitely the most visited place when you are in Perak and a nice spot for photoshoot! Really recommended ❤️

Pangkor Island 🏝️🇱🇷
Pangkor is perhaps the most underrated island in Malaysia. This was my second visit to Malaysia, and although Pangkor may not be as shiny and perfect as the Perhentian Islands or Langkawi, if you want to truly relax and unwind, Pangkor is the perfect place.
It's small and quaint, and since there's not much to do, it's a great place to completely slow down. It's mostly local tourists in Pangkor, but it's also a duty-free island! The people are so kind and friendly, and the cost is incredibly budget-friendly!
Wildlife roams freely on the island, including cats, monkeys – and best of all, hornbills. We saw hornbills every day, near here, in the trees. There's even a resort where you can go at 6:30 and feed them from your hand. There is snorkelling at Coral Beach, beautiful mosques and temples to explore, quad biking, and water sports.
We went to Penang, Langkawi and KL on our trip, but honestly, my favorite part of our vacation was Pangkor. It is the perfect place to relax where you can let go of your stress and anxiety. It's also one of the least touristy locations, which made it feel very authentic and fun.
Pantai Pasir Bogak,Pangkor
Beautiful scenery at Pantai Pasir Bogak,Pangkor Island. The sands are very soft and the beach is clean.Activities like swimming, sun bath can do there.there are few stall selling food nearby.Worth to visit
We went to Pangkor Island from Lumut Pangkor ferry jetty .it’s take about 30 minutes to reach island. The island terminal is busy ,lots of shops selling local products, duty free shops ,restaurants and their main transport to other place in island either by motorcycle or pink colour van.
Concubine Ln Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Mar)
#malaysia #ipoh #cafe to visit in Concubine Lane. The aunty outside will be calling us to enter. It's a nice place to chill after tiring legs if you are walking around the city. Located at the end corner of concubine lane: 24 Concubine Ln;
I found this place bring the vibe of kampong spirit, with its tingkat and sarong decor plus the bricks and stairs. Tried their Kopi tiga negara which is super refreshing, rice noodle curry, mushroom chicken bao, prawn siew mai, and seaweed chicken for the price of RM 53.6;
Curry is rich of flavour while the dimsum is not that good. Recommend you to just skip the dimsum and try the local food and kopi here! 😋
Old Town with Aesthetic Vibes♥️
📍 Lorong Panglima, Concubine Lane, 30000, Ipoh, Perak.
This place probably one of the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. I like the design of the building around this area. Feels like living in the 80’s era. Love how this place represents the sentimental value.
It is open daily from 7am to 7pm including Public Holiday.
There were hip cafes around this area. What I can say is, a lot of hip cafe!😅 Please choose which ever you’re interested with. There also stores and a lot of interesting shop.
How to get there:
1. By car
If you’re planning to drive, that’s the best option! Traffic is not that heavy which navigating around is easy.
2. By Grab
Also a good idea and most preferred option. The price is reasonable and affordable. No hassles too. But, make sure to download the apps first, state your destination and the driver will be assigned to you. Easy😊
Tip: For an exciting time, I recommend you to have a visit during peak season (weekends or public holidays), because there would be so much more to see and of course will be crowded with tourists and local people.
Rating (Out of 5)
Fabulous cafe near Concubine Lane
Good day in Ipoh! I had fun spending my weekend trying out new cafe around Ipoh, one of them was Fluff Cafe. It is located along the shop lot near Concubine Lane. The only problem with this area is parking spaces, especially on weekend, it’s a hustle to come here to enjoy the vibes. This area is walkable as the building and surrounding are so beautiful. Hence I don’t mind to park my car a bit far from the destination and walk there.

butter-beer in a harry potter themed cafe
this cafe is located at the concubine lane, ipoh. it is less than 15mins walk from KTM Ipoh.
they serves butter-beer (non-alcoholic) which i believe one of the top wishlist of most potterheads. it tastes ok, however not as good as the ones in USJ huhu
the donut is sooo fluffy i love it! muffin and waffle taste average. most importantly is the decoration, the vibes! highly recommended for potterheads~
