Since we were here for the experience, we initially declined. However, upon seeing the room, we found the layout uncomfortable and decisively paid the difference to upgrade to the N2 City View Room, which was 10 square meters larger and much more spacious. Recommendation: The lobby is perfect for taking photos, and many people enjoy afternoon tea there, making it a great spot for pictures! Also, the sky bar is a must-visit for pool and fitness enthusiasts. The hotel's turndown service is quite unique. When we returned from our outing, we found a turndown gift of two chocolates. I read many negative reviews online, especially about the toiletries. Some reviews mentioned that taking them upon checkout would incur a fee. I was particularly cautious and called the front desk, who were extremely polite and even asked if I wanted a new set to take with me.
