北星寶宮 Temple

Very beautiful temple in the middle of the forest. If you are a hiker, walking on the Four Animals Mountains (SiShouShan trail), you can pass that temple between Elephant mountain and Leopard mountain. It pops up on the way, providing a nice surprise due to its vivid paintings, beautiful wall carvings and roof decoration. It deserves a stop, eventually a prayer and it will give back a peace moment. I wish I could know what is its relation with the "North Star". #100waysoftravel #北星寶宮 #taiwan2024
