🤩🤩 I love this ancient town that made it to National Geographic more than Lijiang and Dali! Tengchong, it's simply made for laying flat😴😴 It's unbelievably beautiful! It's more tranquil here than in Lijiang and Dali🤫🤫 It's a treasure town that thrives in the sun, once you've been here, you'll never forget it😍😍 Heshun Ancient Town, half mountain and water, half fireworks🎇🎇 It's like a paradise, with a different view at every step😜😜 There's also a deep cultural heritage and unique ancient town architecture, surprises are everywhere🎉🎉 Take my advice, it's really great to come here in the off-season👍👍 📝📝 I've put together a travel guide, here are some tips for those who are coming to Tengchong next time: 🎫Heshun Ancient Town: 55r💰 (you can enter and exit the scenic area and any attractions freely within 7 days) The ancient town is quite large, it's very pleasant to wander around😝😝 Some of my favorite places are: 📚Heshun Library 🛶Double Rainbow Bridge Lotus Pond 🙏Thousand Hands Guanyin Ancient Tree Group 🌳Century-old Vegetable Street 🦆Wild Duck Lake 🧺Laundry Pavilion 📚Shu Shu Bookstore 🛏About accommodation: I suggest staying in Heshun Ancient Town, the guesthouses usually provide airport pick-up service🚗🚗 We booked in advance the one our friend stayed in, we liked its quiet courtyard and the terrace where we could sit and daydream, you can choose according to your own preferences🤗🤗 �⃣️About hot springs: We chose the Lotus Hot Springs🛀🛀 Soaking in the hot springs amidst natural scenery, there are about 20 hot spring pools, with water temperatures ranging from 36 to 43 degrees😆😆 🦀️Food recommendations: 🎉Big Tree Branch Scenic Restaurant (a restaurant we stumbled upon near our accommodation, they serve stir-fry and hotpot, the taste is good, and the owner is very enthusiastic) 🎉Wu Brother's Restaurant (mainly local cuisine, lemongrass ribs and hand-peeled bamboo shoots are very large portions, order carefully if there are few people~) 🎉Birdsong Stream (forest-themed restaurant, the taste of the dishes is unexpectedly good, there's also a place to drink coffee next door, very photogenic) 🎉Xi Dong Garden Restaurant (taste authentic local dishes in the century-old house of a horse gang) 🎉And various snacks in the ancient town: thin bean powder, rose roasted milk fan, Myanmar shuai ba ba, Tengchong big save, bubble Luda, pounding chicken feet, barbecue, flower cake...... 🚶🚶If you have plenty of time, there are many other places worth visiting nearby: Mengdi Big Golden Pagoda Longjiang Bridge Lujiang Dam Xinzhaicun Coffee Plantation Beihai Wetland 🤔🤔When you're daydreaming, come here~😉😉
