[Shinjuku] Is there love between the skyscrapers?

#QuintessaCampaign I don't really have much of a connection to Shinjuku. Kabukicho is scary at night (it seems okay during the day), and the skyscrapers, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, are intimidating. I often use Busta Shinjuku these days, though. When I first came to Tokyo, I thought, "Oh, is this the place in front of Alta?" and shopped at Lotteria and Takakyu. I remember getting separated from my sister in those days before cell phones and getting yelled at (lol). By the way, there is also a Umeda letter monument in Umeda.
