European Germany Travel Guide to Small Cities

#EuropeGuide Tübingen was a city that was truly enjoyable to walk. No matter which direction your feet took you, a picturesque landscape unfolded before your eyes. At first, I walked along the Neckar River, then entered an alley lined with old-fashioned wooden buildings in yellow and orange. At the end of the alley, children were running around, and on one side, grandmothers were sitting peacefully on benches and chatting. The Market Square that I came across while walking without a plan was vivid like a movie set, and the smell of coffee that spread along with the street performances made me stop my daily life for a moment. The hill road leading up to Tübingen Castle was a bit steep, but the view of the city from the top was more beautiful than any observatory. I liked that this city was not crowded, and the slower I walked, the more I could discover.
