Château de Chillon - an 800-year-old water castle A stunningly grand building: a closed feudal castle that combines military defense, storage, prison, church, and noble court functions. We went to the castle on the way from Lausanne to Geneva, held the explainer firmly, followed the planned route, and needed plenty of physical strength and patience to check in at more than forty spots in the castle. When it was used as a prison to imprison people, the bleakness of not seeing the sun was also sharply present without courtesy. In addition, the castle is educational and fun, allowing children and adults to immerse themselves in medieval life courses and performances in ancient buildings, which impressed me and I really liked. There are staff dressed in medieval style interacting with the children, creating a very harmonious and joyful atmosphere.
