Here are the travel routes and recommended check-in spots from my two trips to Weihai, worth saving⭐! 📋 Weihai Three-Day Tour Guide 🌞Day1: Yuehai Park→Weihai Park→Haiyuan Park→Seaside Bathing Beach 🌅Day2: Watch the sunrise at Banmoon Bay→Torch Eight Street→Cat Head Mountain→Beishan Road 🌇Day3: Jiming Island→Jinshi Bay→Naxianghai to watch the sunset 📸Recommended Check-in Spots ✅ Torch Eight Street: A controversial internet-famous street leading to the sea🚏, go early in the off-season to avoid the crowds👫, it's really amazing on a sunny day~ ✅ Cat Head Mountain: Ride a small electric scooter through beautiful scenery🛵, no filter needed for the blue sea and sky on a sunny day📷, the coastline is breathtaking! ✅ Haiyuan Park: I love Haiyuan Park so much! The sea is azure and the trees are lush🌳, walking down the wooden walkway to see the boats moored on the sea is a delightful surprise🚤, it's like a painting! ✅ Beishan Road: The end of the road is the sea🛣, taking pictures through the winding road towards the sea is amazing! Just take photos from the side of the road📸, be safe and don't disrupt traffic. ✅ Banmoon Bay: The romance of Weihai, half sunrise🌄 and half sea-viewing, the sunrise at Banmoon Bay is absolutely stunning, worth staying up for! ✅ Naxianghai: Clean sunshine, sandy beach, and seamless sea during the day🏖, and romantic windmills under the sunset in the evening🌅, hard not to love. ✅ Jiming Island: An amazingly romantic little island🏝, with a seaside church, a lonely cliffside café, a long coastline, and daisies among the rocks, so beautiful you won't want to leave the island. ✅ Jinshi Bay Art District: The blue sea and sky complement the thatched houses🎨, as if you're in a Miyazaki anime world. However, the thatched houses sometimes undergo maintenance and can look a bit messy, so it's recommended to check their status before visiting. 🏨 About accommodation: We stayed in the Huancui District, Weihai is not a big city🛣, no need to fuss, anywhere is convenient. 🍢 About food: Da Jing Yuan tastes good😋, Han Xiang Fu Korean BBQ Manor and Taipei Small Town are also fine, Shuangmendong Korean BBQ is average. 🚗 About transportation: In Weihai city, taxis and small electric scooters are sufficient🛵, for trips back and forth to Rongcheng, you can take a rideshare or rent a car for a self-driving tour. 📝 Weihai Tips: ❶ There's a temperature difference between morning and evening, and the seaside wind is strong, so wear thick clothes and bring a windproof hat🧢; ❷ Check in advance if the ferry to Jiming Island is operating before you go🚢, as it stops on windy and wavy days; ❸ Weihai is located at the easternmost part of the motherland, so the sunrise is very early🌅, check the sunrise time in advance; ❹ Don't navigate to Cat Head Mountain, navigate to the No. 3 Viewing Platform🗼.
