The Xi'an Silk Road Joy World has officially opened, and here's the ultimate guide to make the most of it!

Xi'an's recent cultural and tourism projects have been increasingly impressive. I visited the 'Silk Road Joy World' over the weekend, and it felt even more like a princess's home than Disney. The exotic architecture is stunning, with palaces, churches, and castles in macaron color schemes... It's a dream come true for anyone with a love for whimsy! It wasn't fully built during the trial operation period, but now it's finally officially opening. I spent a whole day there, not missing a single performance, musical, or facility. I racked up 20,000 steps - what a fulfilling day! ✨Tour Guide 1⃣️There are seven major themed areas, in clockwise order: Glorious Rome, Fantasy Snow Country, Ganges Elephant Valley, Magical China, Desert Mystery, Gorgeous Persia, and Sunny Greece. It's recommended to go around clockwise or counterclockwise and make it to Magical China, located at the southernmost (central) part of the park, before 15:20 to watch the 'Voice of the Silk Road' performance. 2⃣️Must-try attractions: 1. Fantasy Flight: Similar to Disney's 'Soaring Over Horizon', you ride a flying machine and tour the wonders of the Silk Road 📍Sunny Greece 2. Golden City Rafting: This is the most reliable rafting I've experienced in Xi'an, with a long course and they even provide raincoats 📍Ganges Elephant Valley 3. Marco Polo's Adventure: A 5D experience, you follow the protagonist to battle mythical creatures from the 'Classic of Mountains and Seas', similar to Universal Studios' 'Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey' 📍Gorgeous Persia 4. Other recommended attractions if you have time: Kunlun Mine Coaster, Disco, Caterpillar Bumper Cars (too cute, I couldn't resist) We played almost everything, and it was so worth it! ✨Dining Guide 1⃣️Concentrated in Fantasy Snow Country and Desert Mystery, you can also buy water from various cultural shops and vending machines along the streets. 2⃣️Fantasy Snow Country has Burger King, a yogurt cow, Myeongdong Street... and there's a 'Shanwu Coffee' at the north entrance. Be sure to check out the 'Xi'an Ice Cream' with macaron colors, it's so photogenic!
