The Four Girls Mountain is a scenic tour for the Four Maidens

The Four Girls Mountain is located in Xiaojin County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, at the eastern edge of the first step of China's topography, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, adjacent to the Wolong National Nature Reserve in Wenchuan County, and is a transitional zone from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to the Sichuan Basin. The type of geological park is characterized by extremely high mountainous terrain and Quaternary glacial geomorphology. The terrain of the park is steep, with the northeast being high and the southwest low. The river has strong incision, with deep valleys and steep slopes, and a relative height difference of 2000 to 2500 meters. It is divided into three geomorphic regions: extremely high mountains with medium incision, high mountains with deep incision, and high-medium mountains with deep incision, with dozens of modern glaciers of various sizes. The total area is 490 square kilometers, with the main geological relics covering an area of 394.83 square kilometers. The Four Girls Mountain, with its representative geological features of snow-capped mountains, glaciers, canyons, lakes, waterfalls, green pillar stones, and Tianhe stone minerals, stood out among the 53 national candidates and became the third national geological park in Aba Prefecture, following Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong National Geological Parks.
