Tainan Yongkang ｜ Jintao Strawberry Daifuku

Tainan’s super popular and long-lined store “Jin Tao’s Strawberry Daifuku”, I finally got it thanks to my friend! Although it is called Strawberry Daifuku, what attracted me was its variety of unexpected fruit fillings. This time I bought the seasonal limited edition "Mandarin Red Bean", "Banana Red Bean Milk" and "Chestnut Taro". I thought it was delicious right from the moment it was packaged (what’s the appearance association?), and I was even more amazed when I ate it. The skin is still chewy when eaten directly after refrigeration, and the ratio with the filling is just right. It’s not dry at all to the point of choking. I equate daifuku with strawberries in life, but I didn’t expect that I would become a fan of banana daifuku after eating it. Jintao’s creative strawberry daifuku is worth recommending!
