My first business trip to Shenshan Cooperation Zone, I chose Vienna International Hotel (Shenshan Cooperation Zone). The hotel is right across from Shenshan West Convention and Exhibition Center, close to the cooperation zone bus station and National Highway G324. It’s easy to reach by car right off the highway. The parking lot is large with plenty of spaces, so parking has never been a problem when traveling for work in the industrial park. The room we booked was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for one person—almost luxurious. The bedding was clean and soft, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a full day at the factory. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, and I used the steamer to smooth out my shirts, making sure I looked sharp before meeting clients. There’s a seafood restaurant on the first floor, so no need to go out for dinner. After a tiring day, I could relax downstairs. The buffet breakfast is mainly Chinese with a wide variety of options—porridge, steamed buns, eggs, stir-fried dishes—enough to keep you full for a day on the production line. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, checking me in efficiently and even giving me a breakfast voucher—a nice touch for business travelers. The steamed grouper at the seafood restaurant on the first floor was fresh, sweet, and tender. Although Shenshan Cooperation Zone is a new area, there are plenty of nearby leisure spots. The Entrepreneurship Park is close to the hotel, a green oasis in the industrial park, perfect for a relaxing walk during breaks. Yingdasrui Park is also nearby, well landscaped and great for jogging. The Sun Moon Lake Ecological Park is less than a 10-minute drive away, offering beautiful natural scenery with lakes and mountains—a refreshing change of environment to breathe fresh air during the trip. The Shuishan Hot Spring Resort in Shenshan Cooperation Zone is also in the area. After a day at the factory, soaking in the hot springs is very relaxing and relieves all fatigue.
